How are shipping costs calculated?

We offer free shipping to 25 countries including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States.

For the country which is not included in the free shipping option, the shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume.

Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please send an email to support@emohstore.com directly.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery period (60 days).
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Can I track my shipment?

Sure, you will receive your tracking number within 3 days after we shipped out your parcel. 

If you do not receive your item within 60 days, you can ask for full refund. Please send an email to support@emohstore.com for any inquiry.

What courier will be used for the delivery?

Our products are sourced from different countries to ensure that you can get the best price for it, therefore the courier might not be a fixed one. It's all depends on the fulfillment center. However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package

I ordered more than one item, but why do I only received one package with one item inside?

We do our best to ensure that you get the cheapest price for your favorite product so that we source our products from different vendors all over the world. If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I placed an order but I didn't receive any confirmation of shipment, What's going on?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@emohstore.com.
