Refund Policy


Received a defective item in your package? Feeling that the item you received is not as described? Don’t sweat it! Emoh let you return your item or get an exchange within 15 days after delivery (effective from 1st September 2017, for purchase on or before 31st August 2017, you can still entitle 30 days refund policy). You can choose one of the following return options:

1. A full refund credited back to your PayPal account or credit card

To fulfill this option, you will need to return the item back to our warehouse, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

2. Replacement of a wrong or defective item sent

This is mightily embarrassing. We are very sorry and we would like to make it up to you!

For any return request, please drop us an email at support@emohstore.com with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item)
3. The serial number found on the product tag or product packaging
4. Pictures or videos, whichever applicable (acquired)

 

Please note:

  • Emoh reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse.
  • Emoh needs to know the reason of refund. (please note that you might need to take a picture or video to show us that the item is defected or damaged when delivered in the original package). 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
  • Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Store Credit.
  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
  • All the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
